Personal criticisms of Vicky Karayiannis are from her public statements, claims, stories, antagonistic interactions with others I've witnessed on social media and her likely untruthfulness surrounding Chris's passing.
I do not encourage ill intent her way.

On Thursday April,12th Vicky had another television interview on The Dr. Oz show. Many, including myself, urged the TV personality via Twitter not to allow the airing of the coming episode due to Vicky’s continuous and highly suspect duplicity surrounding Chris’s death.
Personally, I've never tuned into The Dr. Oz Show so I can’t comment whether or not the program offers above average medical advise or education. However, since Vicky was able to appear on the program to discuss, yet again, Chris’s “relapse” that supposedly lead his “suicide” and in my opinion, unusual behaviours of grief, it’s safe to assume the Dr. Oz crew did little research on the guest they chose to speak with.

There’s a story published last year on Friday, October 6th 2017, first reported by THE BLAST that Vicky flew out to Detroit to meet with the assistant medical examiner, Theodore Brown M.D., in Wayne County, Detroit.
Vicky supposedly made the trip to "question the cause of death" five months after Chris died. This is also five months after Vicky had Chris's body cremated; precisely on Tuesday May, 23rd/2017, 6 days after Chris's death.
However, within Alt. Nation’s article to follow, published Oct, 10th/2017: EVIDENCE THAT CHRIS CORNELL’S WIDOW ACQUIRED WITH LAWYER REVEALED, EXAMINER CANCELS MEETING, CBS Detroit reported that Vicky and a man named Jeffrey L. Schulman, an attorney who specializes in insurance cases, (go figure) were so late for their supposed meeting with the medical examiner that the appointment was cancelled!
Apparently, Vicky was allegedly able to obtain slides of microscopic tissue samples.
There's been no word regarding the tissue samples since.

Going back to the prime article discussed here, “CHRIS CORNELL’S WIDOW REVEALS WHAT MEDICAL EXAMINER TOLD HER ABOUT CAUSE OF DEATH.” published on April, 18th/2018, she claimed, and for the first time, she had a meeting with Theodore Brown M.D. (though not specified in the article when she had the meeting) and that the medical examiner supposedly asserted his ruling of Chris's "suicide" was the “mechanical” cause of death.
The following is a conversation between a friend of mine, Renee S. DeCamillis and Vicky in early March 2018, a month before the article, above, from Alt.Nation published on April,18th/2018 of Vicky's alleged meeting (the date of the meeting not specified) with Theodore Brown M.D..
Renee took the screenshot of their conversation (before Renee ended up blocked by Vicky) in regards to Chris’s mental impairment and his physical injuries. Also, the conversation was Vicky's first acknowledgment of Chris's head injury. I personally witnessed Renee and Vicky's exchange the moment it occured.
Observe Vicky’s wording: “. . .was simply they were not mechanical cause. It has since been misinterpreted and has caused confusion.” Vicky claiming ". . . the drugs did not contribute to the cause of death" in Chris's autopsy report . . . were not the mechanical cause."
"MECHANICAL CAUSE" are the words, in the strongest of likelihoods, seen and only used by Vicky. "Mechanical Cause" stated by Vicky seemingly is attempt to keep the drugs a possibility for Chris's cause of death.

Nowhere in Chris Cornell's autopsy report is "mechanical cause" noted.
Again, Vicky claiming "mechanical cause" in her post captured above (March 1st 2018) is a year and 5 months after her supposed planned but cancelled meeting with the medical examiner due to her and her lawyer's extreme unpunctuality on Friday, October 6th 2017.

THE NOTION & ITS CONTRADICTIONS.
Where is Theodore Brown M.D. to speak on the matter in his own words? Why doesn’t Alt. Nation contact outside agencies and obtain accurate statements? Why are Vicky's claims taken automatically for face value without any strong evidence to back them up?
The article, “CHRIS CORNELL’S WIDOW REVEALS WHAT MEDICAL EXAMINER TOLD HER ABOUT CAUSE OF DEATH.” published on April, 18th/2018. introduces the notion that Chris’s death was actually ". . . much more complicated than everybody has been lead to believe.
The supposed dialogue Vicky is recounting with the medical examiner, as well as the dialogue attributed to the medical examiner, is similar to Vicky's diction within the article. Additionally, contradictions regarding mental impairment and the resulting physical actions.
She also described her meeting with the Detroit medical examiner over Chris’ cause of death.
“I asked him what he meant. I said to him, ‘What do you mean the drugs did not contribute to the cause of death?’ We know that he was impaired, I called the security guard to break down the door, it was clear, you know what was in his system.’ He said, ‘I’m not talking about mental impairment. I’m talking about the mechanical cause of death. The drugs did not have anything to do with how he actually died. They didn’t cause an overdose, they didn’t cause him to have a heart attack. I’m just saying that it didn’t contribute to the mechanical cause of death, I’m not commenting either way on the mental impairment.’
Then he went on to explain that suicide trumps all. I didn’t even understand, what does that mean, suicide trumps all? Because suicide means you took your life, right, albeit intentionally. But how can there be intentionality if somebody is impaired? If he was impaired enough that he couldn’t drive a car, that he wouldn’t be able to sit and take a deposition, social services would take children away if he would be with them in that condition. So if he had control of his faculties, would he have done the same thing if he was in the right state of mind?
That really got to me, because I thought for example if someone were to go out and shoot somebody, we’re going to look at the cause of death. If it’s murder 1, murder 2, manslaughter, intentional, unintentional, under the influence, temporary insanity, we look into all of these different causes. But then when it’s suicide, it’s, ‘Oh yeah, it’s your problem,’ and lumped all into one. I want to know what caused my husband to do that, I know that Chris had no suicidal ideation ever, and this made no sense.”
1. Why does Vicky keep insisting that drugs (Ativan/Lorazepam the only prescription drug in Chris's system at a therapeutic/safe dose) caused Chris to allegedly take his own life? " . . .how can there be intentionality if somebody is impaired?"
2. How would Chris have the mental and physical coordination to rig up an apparatus to supposedly hang himself in a short span of time while Vicky also states "If he was impaired enough that he couldn’t drive a car, that he wouldn’t be able to sit and take a deposition, social services would take children away if he would be with them in that condition.
3. Then Vicky, again, insisting that the drugs (Ativan/Lorazepam) were the culprit of Chris's mental impairment and his physical action (the alleged suicide) to follow. So if he had control of his faculties, would he have done the same thing if he was in the right state of mind?"
Seemingly, Vicky also attempts to perpetuate that the medical examiner was erroneous in ruling out the drugs as the cause of death.
5. “I want to know what caused my husband to do that, I know that Chris had no suicidal ideation ever, and this made no sense.”
If she was so concerned about Chris’s state of mind, and if he actually committed suicide, why the hell did she cremate his body so quickly?
Exactly 6 days after his death way ahead of the funeral.
With all of her then supposed questions and concerns regarding Chris's abrupt death?
Lastly, "Dr. Richard J. Cote", the chair of the department of pathology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Richard J. Cote MD, FRCPath, FCAP is quoted:
“There is clear evidence of drug ingestion leading to impaired behavior. The drugs that were found, and their levels, strongly indicate doses that would impair mental or motor function individually, but have much more powerful effects when found in combination."
What drugs exactly is "Dr. Cote" referring too? From what I strongly assume, Chris would be extremely incapacitated from " . . . much more powerful effects when found in combination." This claim from "Dr. Cote," also negates Chris physical ability to "hang himself" as it's been reported.
Also, Dr. Richard J. Cote’s quote is different from his statement in the article CHRIS CORNELL EMAIL ADMITTING TO FINAL DRUG RELAPSE REVEALED, published Feb, 21st 2018. Did Alt. Nation contact this doctor for a statement? I highly doubt it! This mysterious doctor suggests that the drugs found in Chris’s system lead to impaired behavior when the official toxicology report states no such thing.
It would be incredibly shameful if Vicky herself constructed quotes to validate her claims that “the drugs made him do it,” then attaching a doctor's name to it.
In my last post, I contacted "Dr. Cote" back in March/2018 asking him what he meant by “two drugs found in his system at the time of his death may have resulted in impaired judgment and motor functions”.
